Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist zentral.
Das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Im Bad hatte ich gefühlt mehr Platz. Das Personal war schwer zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war extrem mangelhaft.

Heizung wurde erst am Vormittag des Anreisetages (=Ende des Lockdowan) eingeschaltet, daher war das Zimmer auch am Abend noch kalt - Fußbodenheizung war träge

Zimmer sind neuwertig eingerichtet. Nahe Lage zur Innenstadt.
Die Zimmer sind klein. Es ist sehr laut da eine Hauptstraße mit Straßenbahn ca. 2 m neben dem Hotel entlang führt. Das Frühstück ist das schlechteste was ich jemals angeboten bekommen habe. Jeden Tag die gleiche Wurst: Salami und gekochter Schinken. Immer der gleiche Käse. Brötchen waren auch nicht gut. Es gab mehre Sorten Kuchen. Nie wieder!

Top Lage, leckeres Frühstück mit hausgemachten Kuchen, sehr ruhig, kann uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen werden!
Kein Schrank im Zimmer, nur große Garderobe (für Kurztripp aber ausreichend)!

Obwohl zentrale Lage, absolut ruhig ! Einstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.
Hatten Zimmer im 5.Stock mit herrlicher Aussicht.
Für Autoreisende nicht zu empfehlen, da keinerlei Parkplätze in Hotelnähe verfügbar. Fehlende Haken im Bad etc.

Das Haus mit seiner Ausstattung und auch mit seiner verkehrsgünstigen, aber trotzdem sehr ruhigen, zentralen Lage.
Der Service ließ in Puncto der Diensteifrigkeit und dem Wohl des gastes sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Frühstück entsprach nicht dem Erscheinungsbild des Hauses und auch nicht der Erwartung. Einfache Aufback-Brötchen und keine Wahlmöglichkeit nach Vollkorn. Kaffee wurde im Zweiten Aufguss gebrüht, Aufschnit- / Käsebuffet lies zu wünschen übrig.
Zimmerservice dürftig, nur halbherzig erledigt - Handtücher zwar abgeräumt, aber keine frischen bereitgelegt. Betten nicht gemacht. Als kurzfristigen Ersatz erst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung Handtücher bekommen - waren leider kaputt. Es wurde ständig beteuert, das es leid tue - aber man arbeitete nicht daran.
Fazit: Bis dies ein Hotel wird, dürfen sie noch ein wenig üben.
