Highway A8 direction Munich to Salzburg. Exit Bad Aibling, please follow the signs into the town. At the traffic circle you have to turn to the right into the Kolbermoorer Strasse. Follow till the end of the town and you will see us left handed.

By train
Train Station Bad Aibling about 3 km, Train Station Rosenheim about 15 km. Bus No.40 Bad Aibling to Rosenheim. Stop: Schmelmer Hof directly in front of the Hotel.

Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.
Der Empfang im Hotel war nicht besonders freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr verwinkelt gebaut und man muss sein Gepäck über mehrere Treppen tragen bis man im Zimmer angekommen ist.

Das FrÃ¼hstÃ¼ck
Ein abgenutztes Bad aus den 80er Jahren entspricht nicht dem was ich in dieser Preisklasse. Der vollkommen verkalke Brsusenkopf wurde getauscht nachdem ich ihn reklamierte (Warum fÃ¤llt so etwas nicht beim Zimmerservice auf). Matratzen Warenvorrat durchgelegen und jede einzelne Feder zu spÃ¼ren und zu hÃ¶ren. Nachdem Zustand des Zimmers haben wir darauf verzichtet den Wellnessbereich zu zu besuchen. Der Fernseher ist lustlos eingerichtet 200 Programme von denen 170 wegen fehlender CI-Karte nicht genutzt werden kann. Die funktionierenden Programme sind Ã¼ber das gesamte Senderband verteilt - somit muss man Ã¼ber 20-30 nicht funktionieren Programme zappen bis endlich wieder ein Sender funktioniert.
Es wahrscheinlich einen Grund warum man beim auschecken nicht gefragt wird ob man mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden war!

Wir hatten über ein Portal gebucht und alle versprochenen Leistungen wurden unaufgefordert angeboten. Die Saunalandschaft war ansprechend gestaltet und im Zimmer standen Saunatücher und Bademantel bereit. Das Wasser im Schwimmbad war angenehm temperiert. Das Menu hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und bot eine gute Auswahl. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls hervorragend. Es gab Kaffeespezalitäten und frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen.
Es war alles gut.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal; gemütliche Atmosphäre im Restaurant und in der Bar; Pool hat eine angenehme Größe, so dass man auch schwimmen kann; alles ordentlich und sauber
Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und würden eine Verjüngungskur gut vertragen.
