Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal
Die Außenanlagen des Hotels wirken nicht sehr gepflegt.Die Hotelbar hatte nicht geöffnet, das lag wohl an den wenigen Gästen, die vor Ort waren.

Grosse vom Zimmer Mitte im Ort Freudlichkeit vom Personnal in alle Abteillungen Sauberkeit also alles was man sich wunscht wenn man Reserviert auch die Umgebung ist sehr angenehm

manchmal kleinere Kommunikationsprobleme durch Veständnisschwierigkeiten. Personal spricht Deutsch auf unterschiedlichem Niveau.

Zimmer Lage und Bad
Trotz Anruf vorab war das Hotel nicht bereit glutenfreie Brötchen bereit zu stellen. Das haben wir noch nie erlebt, auch nicht in Namibia.
