Das Zimmer war bei der Anreise komplett ausgekühlt und die Heizung funktionierte auch nicht richtig. Die beiden angebotenen Ausweichzimmer waren ebenfalls kalt und somit hätte der Aufheizvorgang entsprechend lange gedauert. Im meinem Zimmer waren es dann am Morgen ca. 18°C. Berechnet wurde natürlich der volle Zimmerpreis. Mein Bedarf ist gedeckt nachdem dies nicht das erste Mal ist, dass es mit dem Hotel Probleme gibt.

Hotel war nicht in der Lage mir eine Rechnung vor Ort auszustellen, das Hotelpersonal hat sich auf wiederholtes Bitten geweigert und mich an das Buchungsportal verwiesen. Nach mehrmahligen Telefonaten mit HRS wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel die Rechnung hätte ausstellen müssen. Ich warte nun seit 3 Tagen auf die Rechnung.
