Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend
Die Bäder waren altbacken nicht wie beschrieben und auch die Innenausstattung war leider hinterher

Rezeptionisten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Großes und ruhiges Zimmer mit toller Aussicht im 14. Stock. Gute Verkehrsanbindung mit Tram.
Zu hoher Preis für Parkplatz (12 € pro Tag!).

Zustand des Badezimmers (schmutzige Wände, Fugen), kalter, unpersönlicher Frühstücksraum

Die Sauberkeit
Das Licht im Zimmer war kaputt. Das Fenster war ebenfalls defekt, man konnte es zum Lpften nicht öffnen, da es einem dann fast entgegenfiel. Es konnte an dem Tag keiner reparieren, ein neues Zimmer wurde mir nicht angeboten, auch ein Preisnachlass wegen der Mängel wurde nicht angeboten.
