Versteckte Kosten. Zustellbett fürs Kind wird in der Buchung als inklusive angepriesen, in der Bestätigung und beim Check in ist aber keine Rede mehr davon und 30€ pro Nacht werden kassiert. Personal sagt auch noch, sie kennen das Problem, ändern aber nichts

Nettes Personal, großzügig und sauberes Zimmer. Mein Zimmer lag nach hinten raus, daher auch sehr ruhig. Gegessen habe ich Abends nicht aber das Frühstück war super, eine wahnsinnige Auswahl.
Ich musste mich auf Grund meiner Zimmer Lage erstmal zurecht finden in dem Gebäude.

Hervorragendes Frühstück. Parkhaus integriert. Mit ÖPNV gut erreichbar. Relative Zentrumsnähe.
Hotel's comments : Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es freut uns sehr, dass Ihnen unser Frühstück und die Lage gefallen haben.
W-Lan schwach. Bad klein. Zimmer mit den Nummern 2 teilweise ebenerdig zum Lichthof mit Rezeption, so dass man die Vorhänge immer geschlossen halten muss, wenn man nicht im beleuchteten Zimmer gesehen werden möchte.
Hotel's comments : Wir bedauern, dass Sie mit dem WLAN und dem Badezimmer nicht ganz zufrieden waren. Wir werden dies im Auge behalten und an möglichen Verbesserungen arbeiten.

Trotz vorab Checkin musste ich meldeschein ausfüllen. Obwohl firmenkredkarte hinterlegt wurde gesagt ich soll selber zahlen. nach 10 Minuten Diskussion, konnte ich ohne Zahlung aufs Zimmer.
Hotel's comments : Es tut uns leid, dass es beim Check-in zu Missverständnissen gekommen ist. Wir sind froh, dass sich die Situation lösen ließ. Kontaktieren Sie uns gerne, damit wir herausfinden können, was zu dem Missverständnis geführt hat.
