Exzellentes Personal (sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend) beim Frühstück. Herausragendes Design des Hotels.
Zimmer in der gewählten Kategorie sehr klein. Mangelhafte telefonische Erreichbarkeit des Hotels bei Anrufen von außerhalb des Hotels. Zugesagte Services wurden nicht vorgenommen (quietschende Badezimmer-Tür / Klärung, ob andere Zimmerkategorie verfügbar ist / in der Bar - hinsichtlich Reservierung am nächsten Tag - bei Nachfrage ignoriert worden). Probleme bei der Rechnungsübermittlung. Rechnung seit einer Woche überfällig. Nachfrage wurde noch nicht beantwortet.
