Der Einrichtungsstil in bestimmten Bereichen des Hotels und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals am Empfang.
Der unterschiedliche Stil im Hotel, morgens war Baustelle angesagt, es wurde geklopft und gehämmert, so sah es dann auch aus. Das Reinigungspersonal konnte sich nicht merken, dass ich noch bis 10.00 Uhr im Zimmer war und hat mehrfach gestört.

Die Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr klein. Und die Zimmer müssten mal renoviert werden.

Wlan gut, personal freundlich
Hotel extrem abgewohnt und muffig. Woher es die 4 Sterne hat, ist mir ein Rätsel. Zimmer groß aber alt. Im Bad ne Badewanne als Dusche. Geht garnicht. Waschbecken für Kinder... So ein niedriges Waschbecken habe ich noch nie gesehen. Mischgarnitur unmöglich. Mal kalt, dann heiß und das ganze halt in der Badewanne mit ekligem Duschvorhang. Bad ohne Fenster und OHNE Lüftung. Was ist denn das für ne Technik? Insgesamt habe ich definitiv ein anderes Zimmer als bei HRS abgebildet bekommen. Bin sehr enttäuscht.

Restaurant nicht wie angegeben bis 22 Uhr geöffnet sondern nur bis 21.00 Uhr. Bar ebenfalls nicht bis 01.00 Uhr sondern nur bis 22.00 Uhr.

Steak 300 Gramm war nicht schlecht, aber nicht medium sondern englisch. Das Pfannengemüse kenne ich anders. Als Beilage viel zu wenig, als Deko okay. Weinkarte ebenfalls sehr überschaubar und nicht gut sortiert. Alles in allem keine 4 Sterne. Das sollte man vor der Buchung wissen.

Vielleicht hätte der Preis einen stutzig machen können. Ab
