  • Eine Rechnung sollte per Mail zu gesendet werden, was auch nach Anmahnung per Mail nach 3 Tagen immer noch nicht erfolgt ist. Das ist sehr nervig.

  • Keine Möglichkeit abends eine Kleinigkeit a la carte zu essen und Getränke zu bestellen, wenn ohne HP gebucht. Bar geschlossen

  • Mein Zimmer lag im Flur zum Poolbereich. Der Flur stinkt nach Chlor, und der Geruch zieht ins Zimmer. Außerdem war das Badezimmer sehr winzig.

  • lange Wartezeit beim CheckIn mit viel Zettelwirtschaft, Zuweisung eines festen Platzes beim Frühstück in einem Saal und nicht im Restaurant, keine Kaffeemaschine, Badezimmer extem klein, sehr schlechtes Wlan, keine Handtücher im Poolbereich, diese gibt es für 4,50 EUR Waschgebühr(!!!) an der Rezeption, Checkout bereits um 10 Uhr dadurch keine Zeit, in Ruhe zu frühstücken am Sonntag, Reinigungspersonal stand um 9 Uhr ohne Ankündigung bereits im Zimmer und und 10:05 Uhr wieder, Zimmerreinigung nur dienstags und donnerstags

Außerordentlich freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter mit internationalem Hintergrund (aber guten Deutsch-Kenntnissen), schöne Spaziergänge in der Umgebung möglich, kostenlose Parkplätze, Schwimmbad bis 22 Uhr geöffnet, schmackhaftes Frühstück ab 7 Uhr, Fernseher mit etlichen Sendern, großer Schrank, mehrere Steckdosen im Zimmer, Blick ins Selketal, tolle Harz-Uhr in der Lobby
  • Wasserflasche auf dem Zimmer 4 Euro, WLAN funktionierte in meinem Zimmer nur sporadisch und langsam, feste Zuweisung von Tischen im Frühstücksraum nach meiner Erfahrung nicht immer sinnvoll (musste mich als einer von 4 Gästen morgens um 7 Uhr an einen der wenigen besetzen Tische dazusetzen, was den anderen Gast am Tisch merklich irritierte)
