  • Sauberkeit und Coronavorschriften, kein Sitzmöbel im Zimmer, kein Arbeitsplatz, kein Frühstück, obwohl einen Tag voher Buffet zugesagt wurde , keine Zim merreinigung bei 6 Übernachtungen Rezeptionszeiten nur Vormittags Gespräch mit Verantwortlichen wurde versucht, war aber nicht möglich

  • Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter; das Haus ist nagelneu und der Zustand dementsprechend; gute Parkmöglichkeiten
  • Der sehr nette Mitarbeiter ist dort allein, das muss zu Lasten des Services gehen. Er hat alles gegeben, aber gleichzeitig Rezeption, Frühstück servieren, Kaffee machen und ans Telefon gehen- unmöglich.
    Abends ist niemand da, man muss in einem anderen Hotel anrufen, wenn man etwas braucht.
    In einem unserer Zimmer lagen zwei kleine Glassplitter auf dem Boden, gut dass ich die im Fuß hatte und nicht meine Kids. Im anderen Zimmer war die Toilette schlecht gereinigt.
    Das Frühstück war auf keinen Fall 12€ wert, selbst in Corona-Zeiten kann man da mehr erwarten.
    Das Haus ist anscheinend noch nicht lange auf, da muss sich noch einiges einspielen.

  • Empfang war nicht kompetent, nicht serviceorientiert und nicht organisiert. Der Preis ist keinesfalls gerechtfertigt: Kein funktionierendes WLAN im Zimmer, keine Halterung im Bad für Handtücher und Seife, kein Schreibtisch, keine Kofferablage, kein Frühstück. Sauberkeit im Treppenhaus: Fehlanzeige. Es passt hier nichts. Der Preis ist arrogant in diesem Zusammenhang.

  • Im Bad war der Handseifen Spender fest zu konnte nicht geöffnet werden

  • Alles ist neu und ansprechend designd
  • Das Waschbecken ist offen im Zimmer positioniert. Zu zweit ist das blöd. In der Dusche gibt es keine Ablage für das Shampoo. Hotel heißt 24/7 das trifft nicht auf die Repzeption zu. Klimaanlage viel zu laut.
