Service wird gelebt. Danke. junges dynamisches Team, mit den Herzen dabei, das merkt man.
nicht gefallen wäre Jammern auf hohem Niveau. DAs Kopfkissen war zu hart und das Bad etwas zu klein für mich als Person. aber Alles Sachen mit denen man gut leben kann.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut mit toller Auswahl. Das Restaurant ist empfehlenswert. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem zentral.
Badezimmer leider zu klein.

Die Zimmer sind nicht gut schallisoliert, durch die Jalousien fällt zu viel Licht. Die fehlende Duschwand in dem kleinen Badezimmer, bewirkt dass der Raum schnell unter Wasser steht, wenn man nicht aufpasst. Das unaufgeforderte Du des Personals ist Geschmackssache.
Hotel's comments : Gerne werden wir Deine Zimmerverbesserungsvorschläge im Zuge der Zimmerrenovierungen zum Frühjahr 2021 prüfen. Tolle Servicebereitschaft, wir haben uns als Gäste sehr Willkommen gefühlt. Zentrale Lage für den Besuch der Insel Mainau. Restaurant hat uns gut gefallen, die gute Küche scheint dafür bekannt zu sein.
