Schöne Einrichtung, guter Service, toller Balkon!!
Es war die Rede von einer Hotelbar mit 24 str Service - leider wusste der Barmann noch nicht mal, was ein Grappa ist - auf die Bitte ein Glas Rotwein zu bekommen, zog er eine angebrochene Flasche Dornfelder aus dem Kühlschrank ☠️ Das ist verbesserungsfähig .

Lage, grösse des Zimmers,
Strassenbahn sehr laut, äuft bis Mitternacht und fängt um 04:00U wieder an. Parkhaus zu klein. Mein Vorschlag: Ohrstöpsel bei der Rezeption oder ins Zimmer.

Zimmer 1 Etage, es war nicht möglich sich im Zimmer oder Bad umzuziehen ohne sämtliche Vorhänge, Rollos runter zu machen. Dann war das Zimmer dunkel. Milchglasfolie oder Gardinen wären toll. Behinderten gerechte Zimmer sind auch für uns ok, dann wäre eine Feststellung für den Spiegel im Bad für stehende Personen gut.
Handtuchhacken sind an der unbrauchbarsten Stelle .
Aufgrund der vor dem Haus verlaufenden Strassenbahn sehr laut im Zimmer und keine Klimaanlage. Dem Namen Royal Plus nicht würdig.
Sauna wegen Corona geschlossen, aber in anderen Hotels sehr wohl zur gleichen Zeit offen.
