Das Frühstücksbuffee war mit 14,90 € vollkommen überzogen. Kein Rührei, wenig Auswahl und ältere abgelegene Wurstauswahl. Lange Wartezeit bei einem Kaffeautomaten.

Im Großen und Ganzen hat es mir gut gefallen. Natürlich bin ich von einem Hotel ausgegangen, allerdings kommt es einem Bed & Breakfast näher, was aber völlig in Ordnung ist. Das Personal war super nett, Empfang und Frühstück. Wie gesagt, ein echt tolles Hotel
Das Waschbecken in meinem Badezimmer war definitiv zu klein.
Das man Abends nur bis 21 Uhr zusammensitzen konnte war auch nicht ganz so toll, was aber wahrscheinlich dem Personalmangel geschuldet war. Gehe ich mal davon aus. Eine kleine Karte was man abends noch trinken kann wäre auch schick, außer wir haben diese komplett übersehen. Trotzdem würde ich wiederkommen ;-)

Völlig überfordertes Personal. Frühstück wird ständig teuerer. Bei der Buchung über HRS hiess es, ich würde im Hotel bezahlen. Dann wurde aber bereits vorher von der Kreditkarte abgebucht, was ich nicht wollte. Ich wollte explizit im Hotel zahlen und zwar mit einer anderen Karte. Rechnung zu bekommen hat ewig gedauert. Und so weiter... Ich würde dort nicht mehr hingehen.

Gute Lage nur einige Schritte vom S-Bahnhof entfernt, das Haus ist recht neu und in gutem Zustand
Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war - für 12,50 € - sehr klein, auch wenn die Qualität des Frühstücks sehr gut war, kann ein bisschen mehr Vielfalt erwartet werden.

Sehr Schlecht organisiert. Erst ein belegtes Zimmer bekommen und es gab nicht wie gesagt um 6.30 Uhr Frühstück sondern erst ab 7 Uhr. Das Personal war total überfordert höflich gesagt. Es gab ein Kaffee Gutschein aber kein Automaten. Das war unter der alten Leitung besser.
