Die Menschen waren sehr nett, freundlich, kommunikativ.

Die Lage an der Straße ist laut. Das Bett war nicht komfortabel.
Hotel's comments : Bitte weisen Sie die Hotels immer darauf hin, wenn Sie ein Zimmer weg zur Straße haben möchten. In den allermeisten Fällen, kann man das einrichten. Denn auch wir haben wie fast jedes Hotel weltweit, Zimmer zur Straße und eben Zimmer zur Hofseite die dann ruhiger sind. Das Thema Betten ist nicht so einfach. Unsere Boxspringbetten sind ja relativ neu und von guter Qualität. Dem Einen ist das Bett zu hart, dem Nächsten dann wieder zu weich. Hier kann man nie den Geschmack aller Gäste treffen, leider. Das Zimmer 20 lag hinten, weg von der Strasse und daher ruhig. Bei dem Zimmer handelte es sich um ein frisch renoviertes Dachgeschosszimmer. Die Dachfenster verfügen über Sonnenschutzrollos und Rolladen. Das Bad hat eine Bodenebene Dusche.

In wenigen Wochen eröffnen wir unseren Aufenthaltsraum für unsere Gäste :) Dann kann man da Abends noch gemütlich zusammen sitzen, arbeiten oder einfach relaxen. Viele Grüße Ihr Hotel Phoenix
Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze, das war steht aber auch so in der Beschreibung. In der näheren Umgebung hat man verschiedene Parkmöglichkeiten, daheralles kein Problem.

Meine Zimmerpräferenz wird normalerweise respektiert. Zimmer gut, Bett gut, Sauberkeit gut, Frühstück braucht bessere Optionen.
Hotel's comments : Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Seit ca. 2 Monaten wird genau das gebaut - Ein wunderschöner, gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum für unsere Gäste. Dort werden Sitzgelegenheiten sein, eine Küche bei der man sich auch eine Kleinigkeit aufwärmen kann, und Arbeitsplätze wenn man doch mal noch mit Kollegen etwas arbeiten möchte. Wir gehen davon aus, dass wir ca. im Juni 24 diesen Bereich eröffnen.
Fehlender 24/7-Empfang und Kontakt nach dem Arbeitstag. Keine Lounge für Gäste. Man muss durch das Wetter laufen, um in den Frühstücksraum zu gelangen. Mikrowelle und Kochgelegenheit für Stammgäste erforderlich.
