Es war für unseren Zweck ok; Hilfsbereitschaft beim parken unserer Fahrräder.
Service beim Frühstück war unterirdisch. Mussten über 45 min auf unser Essen warten und trotz der Wartezeit gab es keine Chance auf einen 2. Kaffee.

Leider war die Klimaanlage defekt und einen Kühlschrank gab es leider auch nicht für ein vier Sterne Hotel nicht akzeptabel
Und die Fenster dürfen auch mal wieder geputzt werden

Check-Out bis 12.00 Uhr war angenehm.
Das Frühstück wäre in Buffetform besser gewesen, die Auswahl beim ala Carte Essen hat uns nicht zugesagt. Zumindest wäre es schön gewesen, wenn man einzelne Komponenten zusammenstellen könnte. Dazu war lediglich e i n e Tasse Kaffee inklusive sehr dürftig! Unsere Servicekraft sprach dazu nur sehr leidlich deutsch und auch kein englisch.

Es ist unser Anliegen unseren Gästen ein hochwertiges Frühstück anzubieten. Dazu gehört auch ein Kaffee höchster Qualität, der unseren Ansprüchen genügt. Daher haben wir uns entschieden fair handelte Kaffeebohnen bester Qualität direkt von den Kaffeeanbauern aus Indien und Brasilien zu beziehen und in unserer hauseigenen Rösterei zu rösten. Aufgrund der Qualität und des Aufwandes in der Herstellung ist unser goodtime coffee kein Massenprodukt. Daher können unsere Gäste eine Kaffeespezialität unseres goodtime coffees zum Frühstück wählen. Jede weitere Tasse müssen wir extra berechnen. Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und Renovierungen wären angebracht. Es war alles sauber und korrekt, aber man wünscht sich heutzutage eine begehbare Dusche und möchte nicht (insbesondere ältere Leute) über den Wannenrand klettern müssen und sich mit einem Duschvorhang ärgern.
