  • Fenster nicht zum Öffnen. Klimaanlage auch auf kleinster Stufe noch viel zu laut zum Schlafen. Lässt sich nur durch ziehen der Chipkarte ausschalten (Strom kappen)

  • Ausstattung des Zimmers war praktisch nicht vorhanden, ein Stuhl, ein Sessel, zwei Einzelbetten statt einem Doppelbett. sonst noch zwei Regalbretter und eine Kleiderstange, ich empfand es als sehr ungemütlich

  • - kein O-Saft beim Frühstück vorhanden (das war bei meinem letzten Besuch schon so, ich dachte es wäre eine Ausnahme)
    - die Klimatisierung in der Nacht lief eher suboptimal, denn trotz der Einstellung, dass etwas heruntergekühlt werden sollte, heizte die AC ordentlich, so dass an gesundem Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Das Öffnen der Fenster ist ja hier eh nicht möglich. Bitte nachbessern (Zi.121)

  • Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden
    Trotz geschlossenen Fenster ist die Schnellstraße ziemlich deutlich zu hören.
    Personal waren beim Check-in/ Check-out überfordert zu sein: Beträge wurden doppelt abgebucht.
    In den Comfortzimmern wäre es schön, wenn man neben der Kleiderstange auch nen Regalfach für Kleidung hätte. Platz ist da.
