Belkontor Glasscheibe zerbrochen, Fenster von außen sehr schmutzig. Dusche, die Armatur funktionierte nicht richtig, blieb nicht auf warm und musste die ganze Zeit mit einer Hand festgehalten werden.
Dann für einen Hund 20 Euro verlangen und auch garnichts dafür zu tun.... keine Decke, kein Napf, kein leckeren..
