Freundlichkeit und zuvorkommendes Personal, Frühstücksangebot
Dusche, das sich die Tür der Dusche nicht vollständig schließen ließ und somit das Wasser in den Raum floss und den Badeläufer vollständig durchnässt hat. Somit kalt und nass, unangenehm war.

Größe des Zimmers, fehlende Information über eine laute Baustelle vor dem Hotel, unter meinem Fenster, extrem anteilbahmslose Mitarbeiterin/ Mitarbeiter am Empfang (Gast stört).
