  • Das Zimmer war sehr schön ausgestattet. Bequemes Bett, Gute TV-Größe mit gut funktionierender Fernbedienung. Die Ruhe im gesamten Hotel während unseres ufenthaltes war sehr angenehm.
  • Es war alles gut. Bei wärmeren Aussentemperaturen wäre ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wünschenswert.

  • Das Zimmer war sehr groß, ebenso das Bad
  • Das Schwimmbad befindet sich nicht im Hotel, kann nur über einen steilen Fußweg, ca 6 Minuten, erreicht werden. Mit einem Handicap kaum erreichbar. Die Schwimmhalle, ebenso die Umkleidekabinen waren kaum bzw. nicht beheizt. In der Hotelbeschreibung war dies alles nicht erwähnt, sonst hätte ich das Hotel niemals gebucht.

  • Eigentlich alles okay, aber...
  • Schade, dass Schwimmbad und Sauna geschlossen waren, noch mehr schade, dass darüber nicht vorab informiert wurde. Auch schade, dass erst nach etlicher Diskussion die Scharzwald-Plus-Karte als Ausgleich angeboten wurde. Gastfreundschaft wird anders buchstabiert!
