Frühstück und Service Leistung zum Frühstück ist nicht zu toppen. Das Buffett wurde bis zum Ende immer wieder neu aufgefüllt. Alles da, was das Herz begehrt
Alles andere
Eine Kammer unterm Dach. Kein Ganzkörperspiegel, keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten in einem kleinem Bad.
An der Rezeption gab es in unseren gebuchten vier Nächten kein nettes Wort.
Ein Haus mit dem Anspruch sollte geschulteres Personal beschäftigen.

Die Elektrik im Zimmer war nur zur Hälfte nutzbar.
Steckdosen und Schalter waren nicht angeschlossen. Das Hotel weiß das u d vermietet die Zimmer trotzdem.

Das Personal beim Frühstück war freundlich und kompetent.
Beim CheckIn wurde man nicht nach Wünschen oder Präferenzen befragt. Beim CheckOut wurde nicht gefragt, wie zufrieden man war oder Ähnliches. Auf meine Beschwerde (Lärm Baustellengerüst) per Mail nach dem CheckOut warte ich nach 14 Tagen immer noch auf eine Reaktion.

Defekte FB Fernseher. Zimmer mit Spinnweben. Leider früh sehr laut, da Fenster über Anlieferung.
