Anmeldung an der Reception dauert sehr lange, Armaturen im Bad schwergängig, vor dem Eingang wird geraucht, der Rauch zieht bei geöffnetem Fenster in die Zimmer auf der Eingangsseite (auch in den seitlichen Flügeln)

Heizung hat mangelhaft bzw. kaum funktioniert, Dusche hatte teils wenig bis kein Wasser , Probleme sind bekannt lt. Rezeption und werden abgestellt , allerdings für meinen Aufenthalt zu spät und warum wurde das Zimmer vermietet wenn Probleme bekannt

Es ist immer Personal vor Ort. In den Zimmern ist alles, was ich brauche. Es gibt Wasserkocher zum Ausleihen.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.
Die Sauberkeit im Hotel ist der absolute Schwachpunkt. Ich hatte ein Zimmer in der 4. Etage. Der Teppichboden und der Duschvorhang waren absolut ekelhaft und verdreckt. Der Stuhl war fleckig, die Klobrille nicht ganz fest. Der Türrahmen und die Entlüftungsöffnung waren ebnfalls nicht geputzt. Bei der Reklamation an der rezeption bekam ich eine Visitenkarte, damit ich mich per Email beschweren kann. Ich bat darum, dass der Duschvorhang gewechselt wird. Die eine Kollegin sagte mit, dass sie sich kümmern wird, die andere verdrehte die Augen. Getan hat sich nichts. Die Zimmer werden nur noch auf Gästewunsch gereinigt. darauf hingewiesen wird man an der rezeption nicht, im Aufzug hängt ein Hinweis. Ich war jahrelang Gast in diesem Hotel, aber dieser Aufenthalt war der vorerst letzte.

Der Mann der an der Rezeption morgen stand hat weder auf mein guten Morgen noch auf mein auf Wiedersehen reagiert oder geantwortet sehr sehr unfreundlich sowas. Das Hotel ist einfach schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen
