Wir haben zwei wundervolle Nächte im Neustädter Hof in Schwarzenberg verbracht und können dieses Hotel aus tiefstem Herzen weiterempfehlen!
Schon beim Ankommen wurden wir von dem äußerst freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal herzlich empfangen – man fühlt sich hier sofort willkommen. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr sauber und liebevoll gepflegt, was für eine angenehme Wohlfühlatmosphäre sorgt.
Unser Zimmer war top – modern eingerichtet, sehr komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt wünscht. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch zentral gelegen, um die wunderschöne Umgebung zu erkunden.
Ein besonderes Highlight war das Frühstück: reichhaltig, frisch und abwechslungsreich – hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts! Egal ob süß oder herzhaft, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei.
Kurzum: Der Neustädter Hof ist ein echtes Juwel im Erzgebirge – wir kommen garantiert wieder!

Bei einem 4*Hotel erwarte ich, dass die Sauna kostenlos ist. Ich musste bisher noch nie in einem Hotel (2-4*) die Sauna bezahlen.
