Waschbecken sichtbar älter mit ca. 30 cm Riß.
Saunahandtücher (&Bademantel & Schuhe) sind gebührenpflichtig - wobei Sauna im Übern.-Preis integriert ist.

Sehr freundliches Personal, ausgewogenes Frühstück (leider auch mit aufgebackenen Brötchen)
Hotel's comments : Lieber Gast, wir danken Ihnen für die Wertschätzung unserer Serviceleistung und dass Sie unser Frühstück toll fanden. Unsere Brötchen kommen täglich frisch vom Meisterbäcker aus einem benachbarten Dorf. Auf Aufbackbrötchen greifen nur zurück, sollte sich die Frühstückszahl innerhalb von 24h drastisch erhöhen.
Zu wenig PKW Parkplätze, Bar/Restaurant schließt um 22.00 Uhr.
Hotel's comments : Unseren Gästen steht der Hotelparkplatz, sowie der anliegende Rathausparkplatz zur Verfügung. Die Bar ist am Wochenende "open End" geöffnet.

Alles so wie ich es nach dem 4. Aufenthalt erwartet habe.
Positiv war der neue Fahrradstellplatz..leider zu eng bei vielen Radlern.
Hotel's comments : Lieben Dank, ja wir haben eine neue Fahrradgarage, aber wir können leider auch nicht unendlich viele Räder unterstellen.
Aussengastro könnte gepflegter sein.

Nachdem wir von Mitarbeitern der Reservierung äußerst unfreundlich behandelt wurden, war das Erlebnis im Hotel ein Kontrast und sehr positiv. Das Personal an Rezeption und im Servicebereich ist äußerst freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, ordentlich und sauber mit vielen Details die Afrika widerspiegeln sollen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, und auch hier war der Service ganz toll.
