  • Einige kleine technische Mängel im Zimmer.

  • Der abendliche Empfang war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Hoher Servicegedanke. Das Zimmer war ungewöhnlich gestaltet. Deshalb besonders gut. Hoher Servicelevel auch in der Bar.
  • Die Auswahl an Bieren lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ein Hotel dieser Klasse sollte nicht einfach nur Dr. Oetker / Radeberger-Gruppe anbieten. Pizzen und Nachos als Snack erfüllt ebenfalls nicht die Erwartungen.

  • In dem von mir gemieteten Apartment, war eine Fußbodenheizung die erst am zweiten Tag funktionierte und Wärme abgab. das Zimmer war sehr angestossen an den Kanten und damit war der Eindruck, dass hier mal renoviert werden soll. Außerdem war ein Ölradiator im Zimmer, der beider Räume nicht schaffte zu wärmen

  • Das Abendessen im Restaurant am See war sehr gut. Sowohl die Qualität als auch die Bedienung! 
  • Das Hotel hat Renovierungen vergessen. 
    Das Zimmer konnte erst um 15:45 bezogen werden. 
    Erst auf Anfrage in der gebuchten Kategorie. 
    Das Frühstück war schlimm. Abgepackter Aufschnitt lag lieblos auf Platten. Massenabfertigung bei den Zimmerpreisen.
