From July to September – enjoy your perfect summer escape in the Tyrolean Alps. The Gourmet & Wine Hotel Austria welcomes you to Obergurgl in Tyrol, located at the far end of the Ötztal Valley at 1,930 meters above sea level, and is considered one of the country’s top gourmet and culinary destinations.
The award-winning cuisine (1 Michelin Star, 4 Gault Millau toques) and one of the finest wine cellars in the Alpine region, managed by Austria’s Best Sommelier 2023–2024 Maximilian Steiner, are complemented by food & wine tastings several times a week, which are included in your stay.
Stay in style and comfort:
For your relaxing getaway, spacious comfort rooms are available either in the main building or in the underground-connected Bellevue House. Both room categories are lovingly designed in an alpine style and offer the perfect combination of coziness, alpine charm, and modern comfort.
Start your mountain adventure directly from the hotel. Whether hiking, biking, e-biking, or using the mountain lifts free of charge, the alpine world of the Tyrolean Ötztal with its numerous hiking trails, summit tours, rustic huts, and alpine pastures is a true paradise for mountain lovers.
After an active day in the mountains, unwind in the heated indoor and outdoor pool, relax in one of the various saunas and steam baths, or enjoy a soothing spa treatment (special discount per treatment – see included services).

The Ötztal Summer Card at a price of EUR 11.20 per person/night is a mandatory part of this booking and will be charged on site together with the local tourist tax.
