Das Hotel ist günstig gelegen und es bietet sogar einen sehr schönen Spazierweg in die Stadt, den ich gerne genutzt habe.
Die Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind ausreichend und von der Straße die vor dem Haus verläuft habe ich nichts mitbekommen.
Das das Hotel trotz offensichtlicher starker Belegung es nicht für angemessen hält die Rezeption morgens zu besetzen war mir in allen anderen Aufenthalten vorher absolut egal, da ich aber ein technisches Problem mit meiner Schlüsselkarte hatte, was ich zwar an diverse Stellen adressiert hatte, aber niemand in der Lage war zu helfen, war es sehr unbefriedigend.

Das Personal war sichtlich komplett überfordert. Es wurden Zimmerreservierungen genannt, die es nie gab. Es wurden keine Rechnungen ausgestellt. Rechn. kam nachträglich schriftlicher Aufforderung. Es wurden Zimmer falsch und ohne Rücksprache berechnet. Zimmer wurden in der kompletten Woche trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung nicht gereinigt. Dies war bei vielen Gästen so. Das Personal untereinander hatte einen furchtbaren Umgangston. Restaurant war sehr schlechte Massenabfertigung.
