Freundliches Personal
Der Wellnessbereich war stark überfüllt, da offenbar viele externe Gäste zugelassen waren, was die Erholung deutlich beeinträchtigt hat. Die Nutzung des Schwimmbads war erst ab 7 Uhr möglich, sodass vor dem Frühstück keine entspannte Schwimmrunde möglich war. Auch das Frühstück begann erst um 7 Uhr, was für mich als Geschäftsreisender leider zu spät ist, wenn man früh zum Kunden aufbrechen muss.

Internetversorgung im Hotel. Zimmer 225 hatte keinen Empfang, da am Ende und in einer Ecke vom Haupthaus.

Tolle Atmosphäre, Sauberkeit, großzügige Anlage, rundum Wohl gefühlt
Telefonische Erreichbarkeit, wichtige Infos waren erst nach dem Hotelbesuch verfügbar, da dann die gesamte Hotelpräsenz eingesehen werden konnte.

Das Hotel und der Wellnessbereich sind sehr geschmackvoll und wertig ausgestattet, alles war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal und der Service sind sehr freundlich.
Die Menükarte vom Restaurant hat uns nicht zugesagt, weil zu wenig Auswahl für Vegetarier und zuviele ...chen. Deshalb haben wir es vorgezogen woanders essen zu gehen.

Ein tolles Hotel mit einem herrlichen Spa-Bereich. Auch die Zimmer sehr schön. Immer freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Mappe mit Wandervorschlägen, die man direkt ins Smartphone einscannen kann, sehr schöne Idee.

Der Ceckin war schon besonders angenehm, wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, mit Kühlschrank und Balkon, ein sehr schönes Bad und tollen Pflegeprodukte. Der Spa-Berich ist sehr schön, das Schwimmbad groß und der wunderschöne Außenbereich am Schwimmbad super schön. Um 15.00 Ihr gibt es leckeren kostenlosen Kuchen und die Traktorfahrt durch den Wald war informativ und lustig. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und lecker. Wir waren vom Hotel und Service rundum begeistert.
