Dutch Design Hotel Artemis is a 4-star hotel conveniently located half way between Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam city centre. The elegant hotel is furnished following a unique concept: Dutch artists, architects and designers inspired this exceptional property. Every four months, the lobby shines in new splendour with a Design & Art Exhibition. Specially for deal bookers we offer a place in our underground parking for free (value EUR 35,00 per day). Our double rooms have twin beds (2x 1.20*2.10m). Please note: The city tax of 12,5 % per person per night must be paid at the hotel upon arrival.

Breakfast can be booked on location at a special deal rate of €17.50 instead of €24.50 per person.

Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit
Am zweiten Tag waren leider nicht die Betten gemacht, jedoch war das Bad gereinigt und mit neuen Handtüchern versehen.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und die Betten hatten Bettwanzen. Mein Mann und ich habe mehrere Bisse.

Freundliches Personal.
Wir waren schon häufiger in dem Hotel. Was auffällt ist, dass das Personal (speziell an der Rezeption) unwissend über Serviceleistungen wirkt.

Einige Beispiele:
• einmal wurde uns versichert, dass das Frühstück inklusive ist (wir wussten, dass es nicht der Fall ist, da wir es nicht gebucht hatten), auch auf mehrere Rückfragen hin wurde uns kostenlos Frühstück versprochen, haben wir dann natürlich genutzt, beim Check-Out kam dann die Rechung :) nach etwas hin und her, haben wir uns auf 50/50 geeinigt, da wir auch nicht jeden Morgen gefrühstückt hatten
• ein anderes mal wurde uns ein Frühstückspreis von 23 € bei Buchung direkt am Morgen und 21 € bei Buchung 24 h im voraus genannt, letztendlich haben wir aber 17,50 € bezahlt, aha? also völlige Unwissenheit von verschiedenen Servicekräften
• generell ist das Personal sehr langsam beim
Check-In, man hat das Gefühl, dass hier Aushilfskräfte arbeiten
