Leider war in unserem Haus Badezimmer sehr sehr klein für 4 Sterne Hotel geht so was nicht Und von außen macht das Hotel leider düsterer Eindruck

Großer TV, riesiges Frühstücksangebot, nettes Personal, schöne Lobby, toller Frühstücksraum, Parken in verschlossener Garage mit Rolltor
- massive Lärmbelästigung (hatte ein ruhiges Zimmer verlangt, bekommen aber eines direkt zur viel befahrenen Hauptstraße; Ohropax lag schon bereit), undichte Fenster im Zimmer 342, keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten, ab 5Uhr war es taghell
- Badezimmer winzig und niedrig, Dusche mit knapp 30cm Einstieg, dunkel, schon lange nicht mehr up to date
- Betten waren sehr niedrig, Matratzen durchgelegen und austauschwürdig
- WLAN zu schwach (Signal war rel. gut, aber keine Leistung dahinter; 20min für ein 200MB Outlook-Update sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß)

Das mega schöne große Zimmer, der Wellnessbereich und die vielen Ruheoasen, es ist sehr schick, Essen war klasse und die Mitarbeiter stets freundlich und hilfsbereit
Zu wenig Parkplätze , die Nutzzeiten von Schwimmbad und Sauna sollten verlängert werden. Sowohl morgens, als auch abends. Bei 1 Übernachtung kann man leider nicht so viel nutzen, größere Schlafkissen, die bequemer zum schlafen sind
