  • Neues, innovatives Hotel, Personal jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar!
  • Keine Rezeption, eine Duschtür wäre vorteilhaft, da so warmes Wasser gespart werden kann,
    Der Eingang „B“ könnte besser beschildert sein, ansonsten alles sehr gut beschrieben!!!👍🏼
    Das digitale Einchecken ist anfangs etwas kompliziert, aber machbar und gut erklärt!

  • Das Zimmer war schön und ausreichend groß. Die Ausstattung gefiel mir sehr gut.
  • Beim Check-In funktionierte der Scanner für den Ausweis nicht. Ich stand also 45 min hinter mehreren Leuten an, die alles per Hand eintragen mussten. Die Nachttischlampen im Zimmer gaben einen dauerhaften recht lauten Piepton ab, wenn man sie ausgeschaltet hat. Halbleere Alkoholflaschen standen tagelang im Flur herum. Der Flurboden ist klebrig.

  • Sehr moderne, große und saubere Zimmer mit allem, was man benötigt.
  • Grundsätzlich ist dieses Hotel nicht unbedingt geeignet, wenn man nicht mit dem Auto anreist. Je nach Gepäcksituation kann die Anreise dann mühselig werden. Zudem hatte ich schon auch Schwierigkeiten den richtigen Eingang zu finden. Bei dem Display war erstmal nicht ersichtlich, wo man den Code eingeben kann. Als default waren die Namensschilder aufgeführt, bis man registiert hat, dass es für die Eingabe des Codes einen eigenen Button gibt.

  • Neues modernes Hotelkonzept, reduziert auf Notwendigkeit.
  • Kulturabgabe wurde trotz Geschäftsreise berechnet und auch nach Reklamation nicht wieder gutgeschrieben, Parkhaus 30 € für 1 Nacht, nach Reklamation die Ausrede, ist ja ein anderer Betreiber.
    Klar, wo keine Menschen sind muss man dann halt vor der nackten Wand reklamieren.

  • klares Design/oole location, Sauberkeit, gute Lage, es gibt einen schönen Aufenthaltsraum/Salon, eine begehbare Dachterrasse
  • Ausstattung mangelhaft: es gibt nicht nur keine Reception od. Frühstück (auf der website vermerkt), sondern auch keine Minibar, keine Getränkeautomaten (die letzte externe Quelle in diesem Viertel schließt scheint's um 23:00h), aber eine Check-in-Software/Terminal mit Spackungen, die in meinem Fall dann zwar letztlich tat was sie sollte, was aber, wenn nicht ?
