Die Freundlichkeit am Empfang und das lösungsorientierte Handeln zumindest eines Mitarbeiters.
Das Restaurant (externer Pächter). Service fremdsprachig und meist finster dreinschauend. Essen geht so (anscheinend Fertigprodukte).
Der Teppichboden soll wohl neu sein, sieht jedoch aus wie seit Jahrzehnten ausgeblichen.

ziemlich weit weg vom Bahnhof, Zimmerausstattung etwas alt, WLAN-Stärke im Zimmer, Personal am Empfang, Zahlen beim Einchecken

Es war angenehm warm im Zimmer und der Fön im Bad funktionierte gut.
Badewanne verstopft, Toilettenspühlung kaum funktionsfähig, Toilettensitz defekt, Schlauch der Dusche defekt, Licht nicht ausreichend, Tisch extrem wackelig, Kein Platz um mit dem zugestellten Stuhl auch angenehm am Tisch zu Sitzen, Fernseher winzig und miese Bildqualität, nur interne Lautsprecher am TV (die selbst für die Größe noch enttäuschen, WLAN Passwort muss an Rezeption erfragt werden - Mitarbeiter erwähnte dies allerdings nicht beim Check-In, Safe-Schlüssel muss von der Rezeption abgeholt werden - Ebenfalls nicht erwähnt.

Alles in allem keine unerträgliche Übernachtung, aber auch kein Hotel, dass ich wieder besuchen würde.
