Colazione ho aspettato troppo. Ho chiesto un Ovomaltine e mi stato risposto in malo modo di prendere una cioccolata.

Zimmer zu warm. Keine Möglichkeit zur Klimatisierung.
Hotel's comments : Guten Abend Vielen Dank für die Bewertung von deinem Aufenthalt. Wir haben ein Ventilationssystem im Zimmer und in fast allen Zimmern kann man ein Fenster zum lüften öffnen. Gerne würden wir unseren Gästen eine Klimaanlagebieten, diese sind aber Bewilligungspflichtig, die Schweizer Hotels nicht mehr bekommen. Vielen Dank daher für dein Verständnis und herzliche Grüsse Moritz

Hotel's comments : Good evening Our location is indeed great, nice to read, that you also find it convenient.
Il personale non si cura di spiegare fatti spiacevoli accaduti. Durante una notte, a causa di un allarme incendio, l'intero albergo è stato fatto evacuare in piena notte. Il giorno seguente nessuno si è proccupato di dare spiegazioni o fare gesti cortesi verso i clienti.Sembra che al personale non gliene frega niente
Hotel's comments : my apologies for the handling of the fire alarm. The alarm was caused by guests and luckily it was a false alarm. None the less we couldn´t know that in this moment and we had to treat it as an emergency. Our staff explained the situation to those who asked. Since we were almost fully booked that night, we couldn´t infomr each guest individually, that would have made the check outs very timeconsuming, which would have lead to further complications. Thank you for your understanding and kind regards Moritz

Hotel's comments : Hallo Ganz herzlichen Dank für deine Bewertung. Schön zu lesen, dass unser Personal dich überzeugen konnte.
Die Temperatur im Zimmer ist zu hoch und nicht wirklich über das Terminal regulierbar.
Die beschichteten Laken sind sehr unangenehm. Bei den Hohen Temperaturen schwitzt man in die Laken, die eher Charakter einer betreuten Wohnanlage haben. Bitte auf Baumwolle wechseln.
Hotel's comments : Unsere Ventilationsanlage ist entsprechend der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen, da neue Hotels keine Bewilligung mehr für eine Klimaanlage bekommen. Die Laken haben wir gewählt, damit auch Allergiker unbeschwert bei uns schlafen können. Herzliche Grüsse Moritz

Zimmer eng, Klimaanlage ohne Funktion
Hotel's comments : Unsere Zimmer sind deutlich grösser als die Standardzimmer in der Stadt Bern. Wenn euch diese zu eng sind empfehle ich euch eine grössere Kategorie zu buchen. Klimaanlagen sind in der Schweiz mittlerweile Bewilligungspflichtig und dies bekommen Hotels nicht. Auch die Hotels mit bestehenden Klimaanlagen werden diese früher oder später nicht mehr benutzen dürfen. Daher ist unser Ventilationssystem ausgerichtet an die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen.
