Commento sull'hotel : Sehr geehrter Gast, Wir danken Ihnen vielmals für Ihren Aufenthalt in unserem Hotel und für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass die zu diesem Zimmertyp gehörende gratis Wasserflasche nicht im Zimmer war. Wir möchten uns auch dafür entschuldigen, dass die Kaffeemaschine defekt war. Wir haben mit unseren Mitarbeitern bereits besprochen, wie wir mit Gäste-Feedback umgehen, sodass Verbesserungen bestmöglich umgesetzt werden.
Fehlende Wasserflasche, Defekte Kaffeemachine im Zimmer, Wünsche an des Personal wurden aufgenommen, aber nicht korrekt oder gar nicht umgesetzt.

Großes modernes Zimmer, ruhige Seitenstraße, trotzdem schnell in der Innenstadt. Es gibt LAN und W-LAN. Man kann das Housekeeping tagweise abstellen, um die Umwelt zu schonen. Im Gegenzug gibt es einen 5-Euro-Gutschein für die Bar. Das ist top!
