Die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals. Auch ohne gute Englischkenntnisse meinerseits war eine Verständigung immer möglich. Alle haben sich große Mühe gegeben. Besonders habe ich mich über den Gruß zu meinem Geburtstag gefreut.
Die Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut.

Der Fitness-Bereich und der Pool waren leider ganztägig geschlossen. Schade, wir hatten uns auf das in der Beschreibung so gelobte Schwimmbad schon gefreut.

Die Heizung im Zimmer ging nicht zu regeln was ein Heizen der Außenwelt (sprich dauerhaft offenes Fenster) zur Folge hatte.
