Ruhige Lage, Konzept, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Schönes Zimmer mit funktioneller Küche und Kiosk inklusive Küchenausstattung im Keller.
Sehr praktisch für jeden, der nicht zwingend ein Frühstück vom Hotel will - man kann sich das mit eigener Küche ja auch einfach selber machen. Der Preis war für die gebotene Leistung wirklich prima und auch das Konzept ohne Personal vor Ort hat gut funktoniert, die Telefonnummer war bei meiner kleinen Rückfrage sofort erreichbar und mir wurde freundlich und schnell geholfen.
Der Check-In-Automat scheint etwas kompliziert oder langwierig zu bedienen zu sein, zumindest war dort abends immer eine Schlange und es hat lange gedauert bis es vorwärts ging. Empfehle stattdessen einchecken über die App und wenn man zusätlich zum digitalen Schlüssel eine richtige Schlüsselkarte will die einfach später am Abend machen wenn nichts mehr los ist.
Eventuell wäre es da hilfreich einen 2. Check-in-Platz zu haben?

Das Wifi hat nicht funktioniert. Weder für mein Handy, noch für mein Laptop.
Commento sull'hotel : Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Sie Probleme mit dem WiFi hatten. Haben Sie sich während Ihres Aufenthalt diesbezüglich bei unserem Servicecenter gemeldet. Gerne hätten wir direkt Abhilfe geschaffen. Leider ist es für uns im Nachhinein und ohne Angabe von Buchungsnummer oder Buchungszeitraum und Zimmer schwierig herauszufinden, was das Problem war. Es würde uns dennoch freuen, wenn Sie uns nochmals eine Chance geben. Herzliche Grüße, Kathrin Haller

Commento sull'hotel : Hallo und vielen Dank für Ihre Feedback. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Sie mit der gebuchten Zimmerkategorie nicht ganz glücklich waren. Für Ihre Bedürfnisse wäre evtl. unsere Kategorie Large passender gewesen. Unsere Large Zimmer sind "klassische" Hotelzimmer und die Betten können bei Bedarf auch getrennt werden. unkompliziertes einchecken am Terminal; schnelle telefonische Hilfe bei Problemen, Kiosk im Keller, da kein Frühstück angeboten wird, hat man mit der Küchenzeile im Zimmer die Möglichkeit sich selbst zu versorgen
Spiegel im Badezimmer ist durch die Bauweise des Badezimmmers weit weg...ein Schminkspiegel wäre toll
